Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat and a double studio couch (sleeps two). A wall heater is provided in the bath/shower room. Electric storage radiators, (inclusive) in the living room and hallway are in operation during the cooler months.
